We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

AI Processing and Data Retention

Uploaded images, virtual try-on data, and AI-generated results may be processed and temporarily stored by our AI processing infrastructure to provide the virtual try-on service.

Data processed through our AI models may be retained for up to 30 days from the date of processing. This retention period is maintained for legitimate business, operational, security, troubleshooting, and legal/compliance purposes.

After the applicable retention period, the relevant data will be deleted or otherwise removed from our active systems, subject to any longer retention period that may be required by applicable law or necessary to resolve legal disputes, enforce agreements, or protect our rights and security.

No AI Training Use

Tryovix does not use uploaded images, virtual try-on data, or AI-generated results to train, develop, or improve third-party AI foundation models or AI models used outside of providing the Tryovix service.

The data is processed solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the virtual try-on functionality, maintaining service performance, security, troubleshooting, and meeting legal and compliance requirements.

Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed solely for the purposes of providing virtual try-on functionality and related service operations.

Images are not used for advertising or marketing purposes without the appropriate consent.

Images and related processing data may be temporarily retained for up to 30 days as described in the AI Processing and Data Retention section of this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to help protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no online service or method of electronic storage and transmission can guarantee complete security.

Third-Party Services

Tryovix may use trusted third-party service providers to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform, including:

• Other service providers necessary to operate the Tryovix platform

Once the applicable retention period expires, data will be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with our data management practices.
